Hey, here you cool peeps! I've got some information on this upcoming music project dropping in January!

My original vision was for this to be a sneak preview of Tourmaline, my big project set for release in November of 2021, but it actually ended up turning into its own thing! I introduce you to Pleochroism! This album will contain a bunch of singles that didn't quite make the cut for Tourmaline due to them not fitting into the vibe of the project (with the exception of one track). The styles and genres of this project are a bit all over the place but they're all pretty fun. They range from 80s-esque City Pop to Indie Pop bangers! I've got some pals to contribute some of their talents on the album, as well as reintroducing some old sounds that I originally wanted to throw away!

The first single will drop the first week of January, and will be the one track on the album that will give you a sneak peek into what Tourmaline will sound like! The second single will drop a week after that! I hope you enjoy what I've been cooking up! The album will be released exclusively on Newgrounds on 1/28, followed by those other, not as cool platforms on 2/4!

Hi pals! I've been postin some new stuff and I just wanted to give a lil update post highlighting what's been happening the past couple weeks. Firstly, I've been at work on January's EP which I consider to be a soft reboot of my music, I'll be incorporating the elements from Alexandrite into what I call a fusion of my Pre-Alexandrite and Post-Alexandrite sound. You'll get a taste when I start posting tracks from it around the end of December.

In the meantime, I've been attempting to be more active on here and posting more often! Here's what has come of that so far:

I'd like to post more and work with more artists/composers! If you make music and want to create beautiful vibes together just shoot me a DM on here or somethin! It is hard to be active when workin all the time in Pizza Jail, but someday I'd like to be able to do this but all the time!

Hi pals, this is a post regarding music I've been working on as you can see by the attention grabbing headline. The album that I am currently working on 'Tourmaline' is being worked on as I type this. How is this possible? Not sure, but I do know it involves this super wacky thing called multi-tasking. Tourmaline was originally slated for release this January with only 8 tracks but after some deep consideration, I've decided to make this a much more ambitious musical project.

Instead, I will be posting a 4 track EP in January on Newgrounds with a variety of tunes from the album to give you an idea of what is to come. I'd like to incorporate more art and lore with this album release as well as have more ambitious arrangements! The album consists of 20 tracks, 10 that are more rock/indie pop influenced and 10 that are more disco/future funk. Over the course of the album, the genres/influences will shift from one to the other as if it were one giant electronic symphony. I invite the lovely people of Newgrounds to join me on this creative journey together.

I am currently workin on some tunes for a lil album that is suuuper indie pop inspired with some influences from video game soundtracks and a bit of... Parappa 2 of all things. When I write stuff, I am usually inspired by what I'm listening to. On top of this, there are some names on the album that you might recognize! I hope you look forward to listening to it when it drops sometime in January or February.

ZAM! Radio has been receiving a lot of positive feedback and with this attention comes a new update:

Starting 10/5, ZAM! Radio will be running 24hrs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday! Weekends will be off so we can gather new music and record new voice lines! Because of the sheer need for music, I am asking you: I NEED your music! If you have music that wants to be shared with the world, please send it my way or to Submit@ZAMEntertainment.com! As for the weekly interviews on Wednesdays, those are being moved from 1PM-3PM to 3PM-5PM EST. Hi friendos, long time no see.

I might as well dump a ton of info on ya as to the lack of activity all well as some updates.

I've been working a full time side hustle due to my field of work being heavily affected by the pandemic (big surprise there) so I haven't been too active aside from streaming album progress and whatnot. Speaking of the next project, I've decided I'm going to be releasing it in 2021 instead of q4 2020 so that it is the best it can possibly be. I loved the feedback and comments I got from Alexandrite and will continue to push my production and writing as far as I can go. Speaking of my music, a whole bunch of my tunes were used in a game by my pal @larrynachos which you can find here:

Back on topic with the music industry stuff, since the scene where I'm at is pretty much dead due to the new health guidelines, I've decided to take the music online with a radio show. I'll be live starting the first week of September 11AM-3PM EST. The radio show will include music from the lovely people from the Audio Portal, as well as other underground goodies so if you'd like to submit your music... get in touch! The more the merrier! I'm also doing a weekly artist spotlight where I do an interview with an artist and showcase their tunes in a lil segment! Hiya. I've been having a lot of ideas for the next album despite only just releasing Alexandrite a month ago. Because of this, I've started production on the next album. It'll be stylistically consistent this time around, and I'll give you a general idea of the vibe I'm going for: It's a citypop/synthpop fusion with some 80s pop influences thrown in for good measure. Think of Comix or Heart U from the last album for an idea of what I'm going for.. that or anything by Toshiki Kadomatsu. Goal is to have this thing done and out by my birthday in October. As for what gemstone this one is based on... I'll let y'all guess.
