Wanna know what I can't stand?

Apple's Incompetent security system.

I swear every time I try to download a paid app (in this case it's FL Studio Mobile HD) I'm prompted by the stupid personal questions (which I swear to god on my life never work) every time I type in the correct answer it shits out: One or more of your questions are wrong. So I ask for a reset email.

And I wait.

And Wait.

And wait.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for this goddamn email. And apple's reponse is:

Your email will be here in an hour or less.

Well this is the LONGEST hour I've waited.

Now let me ask, has this happened to you guys before? Or is apple just feeling like being a tool to me.
